The 3DORBITCTR is used to set rotation center in 3D dynamical observation view.

Specify orbit center point:
Press ESC or ENTER to exit, or right-click to display shortcut-menu.

Function Description:

Activate 3D dynamical observation view and use specified orbit center by pointing device. If specifying a point beyond the current viewport, the 3DORBITCTR command will ignore the specified point and use the default point..
