NEW command

The NEW command is used to create a new drawing.

Command Access:

Menu : File > New
Command : NEW

Function Description:

The display of the NEW command is determined by the STARTUP and FILEDIA system variables.
When specifying FILEDIA to 1 and specifying STARTUP to 1, it displays "Select Template" dialog box; When specifying FILEDIA to 1 and specifying STARTUP to 0, it displays "Startup" dialog box; When specifying FILEDIA 0, it will only display command prompt without regard to settings of STARTUP.
