Function Description:
The SPLINESEGS system variable is used to control the generated segment number for each spline-fit polyline which generated by Spline option of PEDIT command.

Specifying it to be a negative value, it will use the absolute value of settings to generate segments, and then a fit-type curve is applied to those segments. The arc will be used as approximating segments for fit-type curves. If the specified number of segments is smaller, the arcs generated curves will be much smoother, but it may take a long time to generate curves.
