Function Description:

The MTEXTTOOLBAR system variable is used to control the display of text formatting toolbar.

Type : Integer
Saved in : Users-setting
Initial value : 1
Range : 0,1,2

System Variable Value:

0 : never display the text formatting toolbar
1 : display the text formatting toolbar after selecting MTEXT objects
2 : display the text formatting toolbar when the ribbon is on (not support)
