The TEXTQLTY system variable is used to set the resolutions of true type text when plotting and rendering.

Initial value : 50
Range : 0 ~ 100

A smaller value will decrease text smoothness, but it could increase speed.
A larger value could increase text smoothness, but it could decrease speed.
