To Hatch or Fill an Object or an Area

To Hatch or Fill an Object or an Area
- Click Draw > Gradient on the main menu.
- The Hatch and Gradient dialog box is displayed, on the Hatch tab, Type and pattern panel, Type list, select the type of hatch that you want to use.
- On the Pattern list, click a hatch pattern or fill.
- On the Boundaries panel, specify how the pattern boundary is selected.
- Click an area or object to be hatched.
- Press Enter to apply the hatch and exit the command.
