The WHIPARC system variable is used to override the displayed smoothing of circles and arcs.

System Variable Value:
0:the curved objects will display as a serial vectors controlled by the VIEWRES setting(Recommended)
1: the circle, arc, and polyline arc segments with continuous linetype will display as real circles and arcs
Note: this is a experience setting for testing memory usage and displaying performance of circles and arcs. Setting VIEWRES to be 1000 or higher always achieves a better result.
