To Export Extracted Data to an External File

To Export Extracted Data to an External File
- Click Tools > Data Extraction on the main menu.
- The Data Extraction dialog box is displayed, in which you can click Next on each page until the Choose Output page is displayed.
- Select Output data to external file, and click the Browse button.
- In the Save As dialog box, navigate to a location to save the file to, enter a file name, select a file type from the drop-down list and click Save.
- Click Next and proceed through the wizard until the Finish page displays.
- Click Finish. The external file is created.
