To Export Extracted Data to an External File

To Export Extracted Data to an External File

  1. Click Tools > Data Extraction on the main menu.
  2. The Data Extraction dialog box is displayed, in which you can click Next on each page until the Choose Output page is displayed.
  3. Select Output data to external file, and click the Browse button.
  4. In the Save As dialog box, navigate to a location to save the file to, enter a file name, select a file type from the drop-down list and click Save.
  5. Click Next and proceed through the wizard until the Finish page displays.
  6. Click Finish. The external file is created.
