Continuous Improvement of GRX, .NET, and LSP Completeness and Compatibility We are continuously enhancing the completeness and compatibility of GRX, .NET, and LSP to ensure that users' secondary development programs can run properly after being ported, further reducing the cost of secondary development porting.
In the GstarCAD 2025 version, we support users in expanding the functionality of the GstarCAD platform software on Windows systems using Python(Only version 3.11.8 is supported). We support over 790 common Python interfaces, covering various daily use scenarios for users.
For example, users can create custom commands, create custom graphical primitives and entities, access and modify various types of graphic data in drawings, and implement custom drawing and drawing analysis algorithms. The powerful capabilities of Python can be utilized for custom development and automated operations, which also serves as a strong enhancement to GRX.
By calling GRX interfaces through script-style statements, cross-platform development is supported, and the learning cost for new developers can be reduced.
The APPLOAD command can be used to select the Python file (in .py format) to be loaded.
Once loaded successfully, you can execute Python operations.
