Function Description:
The PICKAUTO system variable is used in conjunction with the lasso selection to control automatic window selection for object selection, and is also used by the user to control the opening and closing of the lasso.

The setting is stored as a bitcode using the sum of listed system variable values.
System Variable Value:
-7\~-1: Selects the objects that you click. Only values are stored, values are not valid.
0: Selects the objects that you click. Turns off automatic window and crossing selection.
1: If the cursor is not located on objects, start to window or crossing selection when clicking. If the cursor is placed on an object when clicking, the object will be selected directly, ending the selection.
2: Begins a window or crossing selection even if the cursor is
directly over an object.
4: Begins a window or crossing lasso selection if the cursor is not directly over an object when you click and drag. When clicking and dragging, if the cursor is placed on an object, the object will be directly selected, ending the selection.
