LAYTHW Command

Function Description:
This command is used to thaw all layers in the drawing.
All frozen layers can be thawed. Objects created on thawed layers become visible except
the layers are also turned off or have been frozen in all other layout viewports. For those frozen layers in other layout
viewports, users should firstly thaw them in each layout one by one.
Note: Users can thaw layers in a viewport by the VPLAYER command rather than the LAYTHW command.
