Function Description:

The MSLTSCALE system variable is used to scale the linetype displayed on the model tab by annotation scales.

Initial value : 1
Range : 0,1

System Variable Value:

0 : do not scale the linetype displayed on the model tab by annotation scales
1 : scale the linetype displayed on the model tab by annotation scales.
