Function Description:
The GTLOCATION system variable is used to control the initial location of the 3 D move, 3D rotate, and 3D scale when selecting objects before starting a command in a viewport with 3D visual style.

System Variable Value:
0: place gizmos of 3D move, 3D rotate, and 3D scale at the same location of UCS icon. The directions of 3D gizmos align with current UCS.
1: place gizmos of 3D move, 3D rotate, and 3D scale at the geometric center of selection set.
The GTLOCATION system variable can affect the display of gizmos of 3D move, 3D rotate, and 3D scale.
