Function Description:
This command is used to associate an action with a parameter in a dynamic block definition. This command can associate isolated action with a parameter. The BASSOCIATE command can only be used in Block Editor. If removing associated parameter from block definition, the action becomes isolated action. The BASSOCIATE command is disabled when the BACTIONBARMODE system variable is set to 1.
