Function Description:

The UCSVP system variable is used to determine whether the UCS in other viewport is dependent or independent of UCS in current viewport.

System Variable Value:

0 : unlocked; the UCS reflects the current UCS of current viewport
1 : lock; the UCS stores in viewport and independent of the UCS of the current viewport
