Function Description:

The TILEMODE system variable is used to control whether it is allowed to access paper space.

Initial value : 1
Range : 0,1

System Variable Value:

0 : allow to access paper space and set the recently accessed layout to be current
1 : forbid to access paper space and set the model space to be current
