Function Description:

The PUBLISHALLSHEETS system variable is used to control whether to load the active file content or load all opened file content in Publish dialog box.

System Variable Value:

0 : only load current file content(layout and model space) to publish list automatically
1 : load all opened file content (layout and model space) to publish list automatically
