Function Description:

The OSNAPCOORD system variable is used to control whether the entered coordinates in command line replaces the running object snap.

Range : 0,1,2

System Variable Value:

0 : the running object snap replaces keyboard entering coordinates
1 : the running object snap replaces keyboard entering coordinates
2 : keyboard entering coordinates replaces the running object snap except for settings of scripts
