Function Description:

The LOCKUI system variable is used to lock the location and size for tool bar and dock able windows (such as design center and property palettes).

Range : 0 ~ 15

The locked toolbar and windows still could open or close, and add or delete items. Pressing Ctrl key to temporarily unlock.

System Variable Value:

0 : do not lock toolbars and windows
1 : docked toolbar locked
2 : docked or anchored windows locked
4 : floating toolbars locked
8 : floating windows locked
