The DWFOSNAP system variable is used to control whether to active object snap mode for geometric drawing in attached DWF or DWFx reference underlay.

0 : disabled all object snap for geometric drawing in attached DWF or DWFx reference underlay
1 : disabled all object snap for geometric drawing in attached DWF or DWFx reference underlay
