Function Description:

The DIVMESHCYLBASE system variable is used to set the number of subdivisions from the base center to its perimeter of mesh cylinder.

Type : Integer
Saved in : User-settings
Initial value : 3

This setting could affect the new mesh cylinder created by MESH command. This value could also be set in "Mesh Primitive Option" dialog box.
