BLOCKEDITLOCK system variable

Function Description:

The BLOCKEDITLOCK system variable is forbid to open block editor or edit dynamic block definition.

Range : 0,1

System Variable Value:

0 : allow to open block editor
1 : forbid to open block editor

When set the BLOCKEDITLOCK system variable to be 1, it displays the "Properties" palettes by double-clicking the dynamic block. If it contained attributes in the block ,double-clicking the dynamic block could open the "Enhanced Attribute Editor" dialog box.
