Function Description:

The BACTIONBARMODE system variable is used to control whether to display action bar or traditional action objects in block editor.

Saved in : Registry
Initial value : 1
Range : 0,1

System Variable Value:

0 : display traditional action objects in block editor
1 : display action bar in block editor

Note: when the BACTIONBARMODE system variable has set to be 1, the BACTIONSET, BASSOCIATE, and BLOOKUPTABLE commands are disabled.
