Function Description:

The ATTREQ system variable is used to control whether to use default attribute settings when inserting blocks by INSERT command.

Initial value : 1
Range : 0,1

System Variable Value:

0 : use their respective default value for all attributes
1 : according to settings of ATTDIA system variable, to get attribute values by command prompts or dialog box
