The ATTMULTI system variable is used to control whether it is available to create multiple text attributes.

Range : 0,1

System Variable Value:

0 : turn off all access to create multiple text attributes. It is still able to view and edit multiple text attributes.
1 : turn on all access to create multiple text attributes.
