LISPSYS System Variable
Function Description:
The LISPSYS system variable is used to control the default GLISP development environment and editor launched with the VLISP command.
After changing the value of the LISPSYS system variable, GCAD must be restarted to switch to the GstarLisp development environment.

System Variable Value:
0: Visual Studio (VS) Code is set as the default editor, and the GstarLisp functions do not fully support Unicode characters.
GstarLisp source (LSP) files are saved and compiled using the ASCII (MBCS) character set.
Note: This setting takes effect in GstarCAD 2024 and opens the VLIDE editor by default.

GstarLisp source (LSP) files are saved with the encoding set in VS Code and compiled with the Unicode character set.
