To Create a Hyperlink to Another File
- Click Insert > Hyperlink on the main menu.
- Select an object and press Enter.
- The Insert Hyperlink dialog box is displayed, in which you can enter the path and name of the file that you want to associate with the hyperlink under Type the File or Web Page. You can also click the File button. The Browse the Web dialog box is displayed, in which you can navigate to the location of the file that you want to associate with the hyperlink. Click Open.
