To Access Content with Design Center

To Display and Hide the Design Center Tree View
- Click Tools > Palettes > Design Center on the main menu.
- Click TreeView Switch button on the Design Center toolbar.
To Change the Folder of the Home Button
- Click Tools > Palettes > Design Center on the main menu.
- In the Design Center tree view, navigate to the folder that you want to set as home.
- Right-click on the folder. Click Set as Home.
- When you click the Home button, Design Center opens this folder.
To Change the Source of the Displayed Content
- Click Tools > Palettes > Design Center on the main menu.
- On the Design Center palette, click one of the following tabs:
Folder Tab
The following hierarchy icons are displayed in the Folder tab: Network and Computer, computer drives, folders, drawings and related support files, Xrefs, layouts and named objects, including blocks, layers, linetypes, text styles and dimension styles within a drawing.
Open Drawings Tab
On this tab a list of currently opened drawings is displayed. If you click a drawing file and then click one of the definition tables, you can load the content into the content area.
History Tab
On this tab a list of previously opened files is displayed. If you double-click a drawing file from the list, you can load the content into the content area.
