Function Description:

This command is used to control the display and plotting of text and its properties.
If the QTEXT is in ON mode, all text objects and their properties objects are displayed as a bounding box around the text object. Under this mode, it can save a lot of time to regenerate drawings with a large number of text objects. Uses the REGEN command to display the results of QTEXT on existing text.
