Function Description:
This command is used to start up the default Web browser which defined in system registry.
Command Access:

Menu: Tools > Our Website

Command: BROWSER
Alias: /
Command Prompts:
Enter Web location (URL) \<http://www.gstarcad.net>:
Press ENTER to display Web browser, it will connect with specified web location automatically. When executing the BROWSER command, it is no need to add "http://" in front of web location; users can specify FTP address or file location to default web location.
