Function Description:
The 3DDWFPREC system variable is used to control the publishing precision of 3D DWF of 3D DWFx.

Note: Users can create multiple pages of DWF or DWFx in large size when setting the 3DDWFPREC system variable to be 5 or 6.
The higher valuel of 3DDWFPREC system variable, the finer precision.
