Function Description:
The HATCHQUICKPREVIEW system variable is used to control whether or not a preview of the hatch pattern is displayed when the number of hatch entities is high.

System Variable Value:
0\<n≤3000: Launches a hatch quick preview regardless of the number of entities -3000≤n≤0: Launches hatch quick preview when the number of entities is ≤3000, hatch quick preview is not enabled when the number of entities > 3000.
