Function Description:
The FILEDIA system variable is used to control whether display the file navigation dialog boxes or not.

0: do not display dialog box. Users can apply to display file dialog box by entering a tide "\~" under command prompts
1: display dialog box. It may display an ordinary prompt when a script program is active.
