Function Description:
The DIMCLRD system variable is used to specify color for extension lines, arrowheads and dimension lines.

It can also controls the leader color created by LEADER command. In "Select Color" dialog box, input "0" to select "BYBLOCK"; input "256" to select "BYLAYER".
