Function Description:
The UOSNAP system variable is used to determine whether object snap can be used for geometry graphics in DWF, DWFx, PDF and DGN underlay.

The UOSNAP overrides settings of DWFOSNAP, PDFOSNAP, and DGNOSNAP. On the other side, users can set values of DWFOSNAP, PDFOSNAP, or DGNOSNAP to override UOSNAP settings of DWF, DWFx, and DGN underlay.
System Variable Value:
0: disable object snap for geometry graphic of all underlay in the drawing
1: enable object snap for geometry graphic of all underlay in the drawing
2: settings of each underlay are different in the drawing: DWF, DWFx, and DGN
