To Specify the Text Color for Actions

1. Enter BACTIONCOLOR at the command line.
2. At the command prompt, you can enter BYLAYER, BYBLOCK, and integers from 1 to 255. The True color is a strings with RGB in front and each value is separated by a comma. It is entered as the following way: RGB:000,000,000.
3. Press Enter.
4. Enter the REGEN command to regenerate the drawing.
