To Offset Objects

GstarCAD 2027 · Command Reference

To Offset Objects by Specifying an Offset Distance

1. Click Modify > Offset on the main menu.
2. Specify the offset distance. You can either enter a value or use the pointing device to determine a distance with two points.
3. Select an object to offset.
4. Specify a point on side to offset.

To Offset Objects by Specifying a Pass-Through Point

1. Click Modify > Offset on the main menu.
2. Enter T (Through) at the command prompt.
3. Select the object to offset.
4. Specify the through point.
