To Link an Entire File as an OLE Object in a Drawing

1. Click Insert > OLE Object on the main menu.
2. The Insert Object dialog box is displayed, select Create from File.
3. Select Link. Click Browse.
4. In the Browse dialog box, select the file you want to link. Click Open.
5. In the Insert Object dialog box, click OK.
