To Create and Attach an Attribute Definition

1. Click Insert tab > Block Definition panel > Define Attribute in the ribbon.
2. The Attribute Definition dialog box is displayed, set the Mode and enter Tag information, Insertion Point and Text Settings options.
3. Click OK.
4. Create or redefine a block. When you are prompted to select objects for the block, include the attribute in the selection set.
