To Convert a DWG File to a Different Release Format

To Convert a DWG File to a Different Release Format

  1. Click File > DWG Convert on the main menu.
  2. The DWG Convert dialog box is displayed, near the bottom, click the Add file button.
  3. The Select File dialog box is displayed, navigate to the folder of the drawing file that you want to convert.
  4. Click the drawing file name and click Open.
  5. Click Conversion Setups in the DWG Convert dialog box. The Conversion Setup dialog box is displayed, in which you can create a new conversion setup, modify an existing conversion setup, or select a previously created conversion setup. Click Close.
  6. In the DWG Convert dialog box, click Convert.
