To Attach a DGN Underlay

1. Click Insert > DGN Underlay on the main menu.
2. The Select Reference File dialog box is displayed, in which you can select the DGN file to attach.
3. The Attach DGN Underlay dialog box is displayed, select a model name and click OK.
4. Select Specify On-Screen to use the pointing device to attach the DGN underlay at the Insertion Point, Scale and Rotation. You can also clear Specify On-Screen and enter values under Insertion Point, Scale, or Rotation.
5. Click OK.
