Function Description:
The PICKDRAG system variable is used to control the method of drawing a selection window.

System Variable Value:
0: selecting window by specifying two points. Clicking once to begin window selecting, clicking the second time to complete selecting.
1: click and drag to specify window selection. Release the mouse to complete selecting.
2:either methods of above to specify window selection.
