Function Description:
The PICKADD system variable is used to control whether subsequent selections replace the current selection set or add to it.

System Variable Value:
0: close PICKADD. The new selected objects become selection set. The previous selected objects are removed from selection set automatically.
1:
open PICKADD. Each object selected, either individually or by windowing, is added to the current selection set.
2: open PICKADD. Add each selected object (single selected or window selected) to current selection set. If the SELECT command is used, keeps objects selected after the command ends.
Note: when selecting object, pressing SHIFT key to add objects to or remove objects from selection set.
