Function Description:
The MSOLESCALE system variable is used to control the OLE text object size that pasted to model space.

The MSOLESCALE system variable only controls the initial size. Changing its value has no effect on current OLE objects sizes.
The positive value will scale by its value. Entering 0 to scale by value of DIMSCALE.
