Function Description:
The HPDLGMODE system variable is used to control the display of the Hatch and Gradient dialog box and the Hatch Edit dialog box.

System Variable Value:
0: does not display the Hatch and Gradient dialog box for HATCH and GRADIENT unless prompts to enter settings
1: display the Hatch and Gradient dialog box
2: if the ribbon is active(RIBBONSTATE\=1), does not display the Hatch and Gradient dialog box for HATCH and GRADIENT; if the ribbon is not active(RIBBONSTATE\=0), display the Hatch and Gradient dialog box
