The DIMTZIN system variable is used to control the zero suppression for tolerance.

System Variable Value:
0: suppress zero feet and zero inch
1: include zero feet and zero inch
2: include zero feet and suppress zero inch
3: include zero inch and suppress zero feet
4: suppress the leading zero in decimal dimension
8: suppress the trailing zero in decimal dimension
12: suppress the leading zero and trailing zero
