Function Description:
The DIMTP system variable is used to set the maximum tolerance limit for dimension text when the DIMTOL or DIMLIM is on.

The DIMTM system variable can recognize a value with symbols. If the DIMTOL is on and the settings of DIMTP and DIMTM are the same, it can create a tolerance value.
If the values of DIMTM and DIMTP are different, the upper tolerance is drawn above the lower, and a plus sign is added to the DIMTP value if it is positive.
