Function Description:
The DIMTIX system variable is used to draw text between extension lines.

System Variable Value:
Off: for linear dimension and angular dimension, place dimension text internal extension lines if there is sufficient space
On: draw dimension text between extension lines even if the text is usually placed outside of extension lines. For radius dimension and diameter dimension, the dimension text can be forced to place external of circles or arcs by DIMTIX system variable.
