Function Description:
The DIMFIT system variable is used to position the text and arrow in or out the extension line.

System Variable Value:
0: position the text and arrow in the extension line;
1: position the text in the extension line and arrow out the extension line;
2: position the text or arrow in the extension line;
3: position the text and arrow in an optimal style;
4: draw a leader if necessary;
5: don't draw leader.
